Capacitor Discharge Projection Welding Machines
This is a resistance welding process in which energy is stored in a bank of capacitorsby charging to a pre-set voltage and then discharged through a pulse transformer. As very high current is passed in a very short duration of time the resulting weld quality is excellent with negligible discolouration and deformity.
